We have now released and deployed Chinwag 4.4.7! This is mostly a minor update from 4.4.5, but we have introduced one additional fix for an issue still unaddressed in Mastodon, related to preview cards not being generated for some web sites. Was there a 4.4.6?
You didn’t miss 4.4.6! We synced Chinwag’s code with Mastodon 4.4.6 briefly and ran it on our test instance, but they released a bug fix as 4.4.7 before we could deploy it.
Availability
Chinwag 4.4.7 is live now on Chinwag Social for all users, or you can install it yourself if you’d like a more visually appealing and accessible alternative to Mastodon!
